A Values Led BusinessOur business, as well as our reputation is built on our values of Trust, Transparency, Quality and Community.
With over 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry you can trust that your recruitment needs are in safe hands. We know that first impressions count, and reputations last, so whether it is over the phone, at our welcoming office, or in the adverts and CVs we create, you can be confident that you are represented to the best of our ability at all times.
Wherever possible we visit our clients to gain an understanding of the opportunity so we can ensure our candidates are fully briefed. We gain “explicit consent” from candidates prior to sharing their information and make sure that clients and candidates alike are kept up to date with honest and open communication throughout the recruitment process.
We only select candidates that we believe match our client’s brief, both in terms of skill set and culture. We ensure that our candidate’s CVs are presented in a clear way highlighting their suitability for the role. Around 4 out of 5 of our applications are selected for interview resulting in over 1 in 5 receiving and accepting an offer.
Community is at the heart of what we do. We support local businesses and local job seekers in West Oxfordshire and the surrounding Cotswolds. We are passionate about the wonderful area that we live and work in, supporting charitable events, as well as providing schools and colleges with voluntary services as both Enterprise Advisors and Careers Mentors.
Enterprise Advisor & Careers Mentors for schools and colleges
Community is at the heart of everything we do, and as a company we try and give back as much as possible, helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals.
Three of our consultants work with the careers teams at Abingdon & Witney College (and other secondary schools), as well as OxLEP Skills and The Careers & Enterprise Company to link schools and colleges to employers and help them to deliver world class careers support for all young people by:
1. Building Networks
2. Supporting Careers Leaders
3. Backing the Gatsby Benchmarks
The Enterprise Adviser Network matches schools and colleges with senior business volunteers to help create powerful, lasting partnerships between schools, colleges, employers and careers programme providers and we are proud to be part of it!
West Oxfordshire Business Awards (WOBA) – The Cally Robson Award
In 2020 we were recognised at West Oxfordshire Business Awards for our dedication to the local community with The Cally Robson Award.
The Cally Robson Award commemorates an inspirational former member of the WOBA Team. It is not an award that you can enter, but one that is presented by the WOBA judges to the finalist that best represents the WOBA values of entrepreneurship, innovation, and a sense of community.
