1. Consultation – We begin with a confidential conversation to understand your household’s dining style, guest frequency, and any dietary or scheduling preferences.
2. Search & Shortlist – We identify suitable chefs from our trusted network, many of whom have worked in Michelin-starred kitchens or for private families.
3. Interview & Tastings – Selected candidates are personally interviewed and, where appropriate, invited to complete tasting sessions or trial days.
4. Verification – References, right-to-work, and where relevant, food-safety certifications are verified.
5. Placement Support – We assist with offer management, start-date coordination, and post-placement check-ins to ensure a smooth transition.

Throughout, your privacy is protected, and every chef introduced is fully briefed and committed to discretion.
