Welcome to the Team, Kiah Hayter!

We’re delighted to welcome Kiah Hayter to The Burford Recruitment Company as our new Business Administrator.

Kiah joins us with a strong background in business administration and a BA in Business and Management from Bournemouth University, where she developed a solid foundation in areas such as project management, digital marketing, and strategic leadership.

What makes Kiah such a great fit for our team is her genuine passion for business efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

In her role, Kiah is supporting our consultants by coordinating client and candidate communication, managing our CRM system, and contributing to our marketing efforts. Her adaptable and proactive nature means she’s hit the ground running, and we’re excited to see how her fresh ideas will help drive our business forward.
