At The Burford Recruitment Company, we are conducting our first annual survey of Housekeepers, House Managers, Estate Managers, PAs, Butlers, Private Chefs and other private household professionals.
The aim of this survey is to better understand what matters most to those working within private households and estates today, from salary expectations and benefits to working patterns, accommodation, career development and long term job satisfaction. The findings will be used to produce a series of articles and industry insights for publication in The Cotswold Estate Manager magazine, helping employers better understand the priorities and expectations of today’s household professionals.
By taking part, you will help us provide Principals, Estate Managers and Family Offices with valuable insight into how they can attract, retain and support exceptional staff.
