The Burford Recruitment Company are working with a busy and growing business based in Northleach. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for a period of 4 -6 months.
As a Finance Assistant you will look after the day-to-day activities of the Purchase and Sales ledger cycles, ensuring risks are minimised through strong processes and issues escalated to senior management in a timely manner.
This busy and varied role will require you to have excellent Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Our client is in the process of migrating from Sage 50 to Microsoft Dynamics so therefore experience of one or both of those packages would be highly advantageous.
Receiving high volumes of monthly, quarterly, and annual billing and payment instructions in Excel and scrutinizing these for accuracy and liaising with the data sources
