The Burford Recruitment Company working with a highly successful Financial Services firm who are looking for a bright and capable Administration Assistant to join their dynamic and friendly team. The purpose of this role is to work with and support the wider Administration Team within their busy office located near Burford, set in the beautiful Cotswold countryside.
*Please note the office location will change permanently to Witney at the end of the year
This is an ideal role for a positive team player who has some office experience and is looking to develop their skillset and knowledge further. With a Head Office in London, the scope for training, development, and career progression here is real!
Duties Include
- Assisting with monitoring the internal emails in the general administration inbox
- Updating and maintaining the company database, including the upload of platform data
- Collating information for reports, chasing any outstanding data/materials required
- Sending out standard client communications, including probate valuations
- Sending out marketing documentation to potential new clients
- Checking and sending reports & accounts documentation
- Identity verification checks
- Land Registry searches
- Other adhoc admin tasks as required
Benefits & Additional Information
- Annual salary: £22,000 -25,000
- Bonus: Performance-related annual bonus scheme
- Holiday: 25 days annually plus bank holidays
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730 (with one hour for lunch)
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Private medical, dental, and wellbeing
- Due to the rural location, a full driving license and own vehicle are required.
